Профессиональный наемный киллер Чев Челиос сталкивается с непредвиденными обстоятельствами. Проснувшись от невыносимо плохого самочувствия он обнаруживает видео послание от недоброжелателей, из которого становится понятно, что жизнь его на волоске. После последнего задания, он хотел завязать с убийствами и начать другую жизнь. Однако, Чеву вкололи китайскую смертельную сыворотку. Проконсультировавшись с доктором, герой решительно настроен испортить планы врагов. Для того, чтобы нейтрализовать действие синтетического яда в организме-необходимо держать в тонусе уровень адреналина в крови. Пока Чев не нашел противоядие, он создает вокруг себя патовую обстановку, полную опасности и динамики. Получится ли у героя повернуть вспять необратимый процесс?
